She went across the Channel for a year to study the language of Shakespeare. Jennifer returned with a professional project she had never imagined. "During this 'transformative' journey, I discovered the hospitality industry, and I never left it!" In France and abroad, the young woman familiarized herself with all hotel services and categories, climbing the ranks until she became the owner of her own establishment in May 2024, right in the heart of Cap d’Agde. Passionate about decoration "colorful and full of humor" Jennifer is gradually renovating her 3-star hotel with 40 rooms. Her goal: to stand out. While she already benefits from an ideal location 150 meters from the Agde port and 1 km from the beach she is also committed to creating a memorable experience for her guests. Both a palatial villa and a Neoclassical temple, Château de Laurens overlooks the banks of the Hérault River. A remnant of the region’s rich ancient past? Not quite this “folly” was built in 1898 at the request of a wealthy heir from Agde.
