"You have to be attentive to the slightest detail in cleanliness, have a framework corresponding to the times and put everything in place for the well-being of the traveller. Brigitte's family started in the hotel business in 1978. Facing the marina of Carnon and 900 meters from the beaches, she built a large establishment of 53 rooms with a restaurant, a terrace, a swimming pool... In 1998, Brigitte and her husband took over the 3-star hotel in Mauguio, near Montpellier. While over the years the framework changed "in order to always maintain a certain modernism", the spirit of the place remains intact: "The welcome, listening, availability, a place of zen, relaxation and calm. “

Bright and able to accommodate up to 3 people, the rooms in this beautiful Montpellier hotel near the beaches are all air-conditioned and soundproofed. For quiet, restful nights in top-of-the-range king-size bedding. Quiet standard rooms overlook a courtyard and a small private parking lot. Comfort rooms offer a partial view of the marina and parking lot. Premium rooms offer a view of the harbor and swimming pool. If you would like a room with 2 single beds, you must request this at the time of booking and pay a supplement of 10 EUR every 4 nights. Breakfast is served on the terrace under the pine trees overlooking the marina, or in the bright bar room. The former is organized around a wide buffet of hot and cold drinks and savory and sweet flavors, including homemade cakes. The cuisine offered by the restaurant of our Carnon-plage hotel, The Originals Boutique, Hôtel Neptune, Montpellier Sud, will take your palate on a journey with fresh, seasonal products. In the modern, friendly atmosphere of the bar, you can enjoy a wide range of cocktails and discover local wines.

LE TRIDENT

Chef Antoine GERMAIN invites you to sample his traditional, home-cooked cuisine. His refined dishes are based on fresh, seasonal produce. The touch of originality brought by the Chef's different inspirations is due to his background and previous experience.
Le Trident is the ideal place for romantic romantic dinners, family meals or business dinners. It features an outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the sun and sea breeze during the summer months.

The restaurant is open every evening except Sunday from March to September inclusive.
Then Monday to Friday from October to February.

The restaurant is open at lunchtime for events (seminars, birthdays, christenings, groups...) please ask for a quote.

Brunch is also available on Sundays from March to September, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.!
