Stéphanie and Didier have been at it for 35 years in a profession where no day is like any other. They breathed new life into an old farm in Besse-et-Saint-Anastaise, which they converted into a 3-star hotel and restaurant located 45 km south of Clermont-Ferrand, within the protected nature area of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Park. Over the years, they added on to the buildings, which now boast 32 guest rooms, a unique open-kitchen restaurant, and several conference rooms. With something for everyone, Auberge de la Petite Ferme, Super-Besse East, The Originals Relais has a parking lot, children's play area with an excellent view, a small fitness room, a spa, a billiard room and a lounge.
