Today, he is the director of a brand-new hotel residence in the heart of Villejuif, a neighborhood undergoing a major transformation. Located right across from the Gustave Roussy Institute (IGR), one of the top 5 cancer hospitals in the world, his establishment of 148 accommodations serves a dual purpose. "We are both a hotel and a 'hospitel,' dedicated to hosting IGR researchers as well as patients and their families." Another asset of The Originals Résidence, Paris Sud Villejuif, is its proximity to public transportation, providing quick access to the heart of Paris, along with private (paid) parking.
