“Val-Vignes Colmar Haut-Koenigsbourg, The Originals Relais is a place that is far from trivial”, “It is a building steeped in history, witnessing the transformations of the region since the ninth century.” Former hunting lodge of the Dukes of Lorraine, then religious college from 1826, a rest home for religious brothers in the 80s, the place was transformed into a hotel in 2008. A witness of this past, the chapel (which can be visited) is still present on the 2nd floor. “Everything was completely renovated in 2010.” 46 spacious and comfortable rooms have been created, many services have been set up, including the restaurant run by Christophe since 2017. This 4 star hotel in Alsace enjoys an exceptional location in the vineyards of Alsace, between the tourist attractions (Colmar and the Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg 2200 meters away on foot) and the peaceful village of Saint-Hippolyte.
