Their hotel is therefore elegant, hospitable and friendly, just like this welcoming couple. Valérie and Éric value authenticity so wanted the 44 rooms to combine a classic style with modernity. The Hotel The Originals Annecy South Beauregard’s restaurant, in accordance with Valérie and Éric’s wishes, is a pleasant and relaxing place which lends itself to culinary experiences. Your taste buds will go wild at breakfast time, on a backdrop of authenticity and simplicity. A good opportunity to sample local cheeses and pork meats on a terrace with an impressive view. Also on the terrace, you can relax in an exceptional setting at the lounge bar.

LA BOUSSOLE RESTAURANT

Valérie and Éric have entrusted the chef Thomas Streit and Julie Robesson, his sous-chef, with the job of designing a menu of traditional, sophisticated and inventive yet authentic cuisine. The wonderful setting emphasises local and seasonal products enhanced by the expertise of an inspired chef. “We try as much as possible to choose products from local food networks where we know the origin and production secrets,” say Valérie and Éric.
