Adda fell in love with the trade after an internship in a four-star hotel in Lyon. "Since then, I always dreamt of having a hotel," he remembers. Adda eventually left the Lyon region to follow his dreams in Loire-Atlantique. In a Carquefou business district to be exact, where he now runs The Originals City, Hotel Novella Premium, Nantes East. Surrounded by stores and other hotels, his three-star Carquefou hotel stands out with its modern architecture and pretty facade decked out in wood panelling. This warm aesthetic mirrors the inside of the hotel and the welcome given to guests. "It's important for us to know their first and last names. This is part of the service quality. Our guests are all looking for something different and it's our job to understand and meet their needs."
